Terms of service

Premise Lab is a structured-thinking training platform for students aged 13 and older. The service includes lab scenarios, automated coaching, score tracking, drills, parent dashboards, and related features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

• You are at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if required by your jurisdiction.
• You provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You don't submit content that is harassing, illegal, or that attempts to manipulate the LLM evaluator (e.g., prompt injection).
• You don't share your account with others, scrape the platform, or attempt to access another user's data.

The first two labs are free. Continued use requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

You own the responses, reflections, and synthesis artifacts you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them as necessary to provide the service. You can export or delete your content by contacting hello@premiselab.ai.

Premise Lab is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. PSI scores and coach feedback are educational signals, not professional advice or evaluations. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premise Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
